OKC Among Top Cities for Home Purchase Power

National Mortgage News released their list of the top 12 cities with max home purchase power and Oklahoma City made the list at No. 12.  The data used measures home price changes, taking local income data and mortgage rates into account “to better reflect consumers’ purchasing power and capture the true cost of housing.”  Oklahoma City had a real home price index of 70.91, a year-over-year change of 11.17%, and a median sales price of $164,000.  Topping the list was Cleveland, Ohio.  Click here or on the image below for a printable PDF of more Good News happening in Oklahoma.
